Kashi Hummus Crisps Review



Kashi Hummus Crisps are made with chickpea. They contain no partially hydrogenated oils, high fructose corn syrup or anything artificial. The nutrition label speaks for itself :

  •  27 crisps = 1 serving
  •  120 calories per serving
  •  NO sugar!
  •  6 grams of whole grains per serving
  •  3 grams of protein per serving
  •  4 grams of fiber per serving
  • crispy & crunchy just like a potato chip but better for your body!
  • not greasy or messy like potato chips 


They are a simple snack that is both healthy and delicious. If you aren't into 'healthy' snacks don't let that stop you from giving them a try. As I have said in other posts, I am not a health crazed eater and these are now one of my favorite snacks. I have finally found them at my local Kroger. I'm not going to lie, I did a little happy dance in the isle when I saw them! A huge thanks goes out to BzzAgent for including me in their Kashi Hummus Crisp campaign.
